What You Will Be Doing In This Role

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/email campaigns
  • Consulting with customers to identify business-related issues/opportunities; recommending the appropriate solutions to resolve pain points
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Documenting all inbound and outbound sales/lead generation activities in company CRM
  • Generating and qualifying leads, while pro-actively managing pipelines and campaigns
  • Providing ongoing support to existing clients, in the form of market updates and ongoing client education
  • Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Preparing and generating customer quotes
  • Focusing sales efforts by researching and studying the profiles and competitive landscape of each prospect
  • Growing and expanding current customer base

What You Need To Be Successful With Us

  • High school diploma with 3-5 years of inside sales experience
  • Proven cold calling skills with the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and time management skills
