Cancellation & Return Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

1. Policy Overview: National Sealants & Lubricants Inc. (referred to as “NSL” or “we”) provides aerospace
consumables, parts, tools, and aerospace components to our customers. We understand the critical nature of these products and the importance of their integrity, quality, and compliance with industry standards. To ensure the safety, reliability, and integrity of aerospace products, we maintain a strict non-cancellation and non-return policy.

2. Non-Cancellation Policy: Once an order for aerospace consumables, parts, tools, or aerospace components is placed and confirmed by NSL, it cannot be canceled or modified without the express written consent of NSL. We reserve the right to refuse any cancellation or modification request. All orders are marked NCNR to denote “No Cancellation, no Return”.

3. Non-Return Policy: All sales of aerospace consumables, parts, tools, and aerospace components are final within 24 hours. NSL does not accept returns of these items except in the following circumstances:

3a. Product Defect: If a product is found to be defective, it must be reported to NSL within 7 days of
receiving the product. NSL defines defective as: the consumables, parts, tools, and aerospace component did not meet the specified standard. NSL will work with the customer to replace or repair the defective item, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms

3b. Shipment Error: If NSL ships the wrong product or quantity, we will make every effort to rectify the error promptly. The customer must report the error within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

4. Damages: If a specially ordered item is received in damaged condition the customer will need to contact the freight company and report the issue. National Sealants & Lubricants FOB is EXW (Ex Works – buyer assumes all cost and responsibility involved with transporting goods from the sellers point of origin.).

5. Inspection and Acceptance: It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly inspect all items upon receipt. Any damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported to NSL within 7 days of receipt. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the denial of a return request.

6. Warranty Claims: Warranty claims on aerospace consumables, parts, tools, or aerospace components should be directed to the manufacturer, and NSL will assist customers in the warranty process as needed.

7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to the non-cancellation and non-return policy will be subject to the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction where the sale occurred. Both NSL and the customer agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution methods before pursuing legal action.

8. Changes to the Policy: NSL reserves the right to modify or amend this non-cancellation and non-return policy at its discretion. Customers will be notified of any policy changes in advance.
