Letter From Leadership, 2022

Dear NSL Aerospace Customers and Friends,

The future is looking up for the aerospace and aviation industry in 2022. We are coming out of one of the most difficult times in our history, where we have witnessed incredible resilience and determination among our aerospace colleagues. We also recognize the fortitude of many of our customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. You inspire us!

In our four walls, we have pushed ourselves to work even smarter to provide service that is seamless and straightforward. As the pandemic drags on and many of our customers face challenges around aircraft demand and supply chain delays, we have strived to maintain our promises of stocked, high shelf life sealants that are ready to ship. That ensures customers can order exactly what they need, when they need it, and not worry about keeping large backstock on hand. It means we can meet quick turnarounds and make good on our promise of customer-centric service.

Since 2020, we have also focused on creating a more supportive work environment for our team. Their resolute attitude, work ethic, and technical skills make us proud. We have seen NSL Aerospace associates rise to the challenges presented during this time in remarkable ways, reaching for new opportunities to care for one another and the greater community. If the last two years have taught us anything, it's that the world is smaller than we thought - we are fundamentally and deeply connected to one another.

We are extremely proud of what our company has accomplished, and we're eager to be on your team for the long run.

Sincerely,

John Hunter and Jim Carney
CEO & President, NSL Aerospace
